Invited to take part in the 9th Harp Week in Buenos Aires in September 2023, Agnès Bérard and Primor Sluchin were able to meet students from the “Universidad Nacional de las Artes”, Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the festival.

What a contrast between the quality of their playing and the resources available to them: a single 1930 Erard for 17 students! 17 motivated, hard-working, determined students, supervised by a dedicated teacher, Oscar Rodriguez do Campo, but without the resources they needed to progress!

Therefore, the first project of the 1%HARP Association will be to provide this remarkable class with an instrument commensurate with their musical investment.
